FRAC HOSE INSPECTIONS
A bore scope inspection will provide a video to check whether there is any damage or abnormalities to the inner surface of the hose.
Thoroughly examine each part of the equipment, using the information that is specific to that item of equipment. To include cleaning and prepping the area for replacement parts.
Ultrasonic testing plays a crucial role in quality control, ensuring the reliability and safety of critical components and structures. It helps identify defects such as cracks, voids, delaminations, inclusions, and thickness variations. By detecting these flaws early on, appropriate measures can be taken to prevent catastrophic failures and ensure the overall integrity of the inspected materials or structures
MPI offers several advantages. It is a relatively simple and cost-effective method for detecting surface and near-surface defects. It can be applied to various shapes and sizes of ferromagnetic materials, including both ferrous and ferritic alloys. MPI can quickly provide visual indications of defects, making it an efficient and widely used method in many industrial applications.
